John P. Walsh provides financial planning and analysis for A2Z Mining, Inc.  His professional experience includes early stage capital projects, compliance, auditing, budgeting and forecasting.  
Tito Campos is the President of SmartAccEss Socio Environmental Consulting SmartAccEss, a consulting firm specialized in sustainability matters that was created to support extractive industries, like mining and oil & gas, to obtain the access to resources that is required to achieve their objectives. This support is focused in the coordinated work of the different sustainability aspects of the business including permitting, community relations, environmental, social responsibility, government relations, external relations and communications; aiming to break the natural silos that usually exist in the organizations and implementing systems to allow cooperation and coordination between them. This will positively impact the ability of the companies’ to start or continue their activities, achieving and maintaining community support. Eric Mader is a Principal mining engineer with Cube Consulting.  Specializing in open pit mining, Eric’s capabilities include conceptual and feasibility studies, open pit optimization and analysis, mine design and production scheduling.

Aiden is currently Senior Vice President – Operations for an Iron Ore Junior Mining Company, Labrador Iron Mines. Aiden joined LIM just when they started production in 2011 and transitioned the company to a successful producer. LIM produced iron ore from 2011 through 2013. Due to a dramatic drop in the commodity price, LIM has not produced in 2014/2015, and must see better market conditions to restart. Aiden is also the President of a consulting company called Mining (R)Evolutions Incorporated. Through a close working relationship with Jim Decker and Associates, Aiden in engaged in the creation and delivery of Leadership Program called ‘The Professional Supervisor’. This is a suite of elements that successfully helps supervisors and managers in a mining context enhance their leadership skills. This program has been an industry best program for some 25 years helping mining operations become more effective with communications, operational planning, leadership skills, and delivering better safety and productions results. Additionally through Aiden’s consulting company, he performs detailed operational and technical reviews, including systems audits (planning systems, communications systems, safety systems, training systems, etc). Aiden has held senior mining positions in Gold, Coal, Platinum Group Metals, Lead/Zinc, and Iron Ore Operations. He has worked through mine start-ups as well as more mature organizations, managed small mines as well as very large open pit operations, and has held a variety of technical and operational positions in addition to senior management roles.

Mike has over eighteen years of experience in the development and implementation of environmental strategies, environmental and social management systems, project permitting and environmental impact assessment (EIA) development, due diligence and environmental compliance evaluations, government negotiations, project communications, environmental and human risk assessment, ecotoxicology, ecology and biodiversity.  Mike’s work history includes multi-year assignments in Latin America. He has also served as project manager and/or senior technical scientist on a wide- variety of project site locations in Australia, Bolivia, Canada, Guinea, Guyana, Haiti, Indonesia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Suriname and the USA.

Neb is also a director of Elysium Resources Ltd (ASX:EYM) and Golden Camel Mining Pty Ltd, copper and gold projects progressing towards production. Neb provides consulting services in mine geology, reconciliation, resource development, ore control, mineral resource estimation and geo- metallurgy for base and precious metals.  Neb is a Competent Person (JORC), a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Peter Ferrigno is the Owner and Principle Consultant of CORP Consulting which provides consulting services to projects and producing mining companies. CORP’s clients have included Aldridge Minerals, Ambatovy and other Mining Supply and EPC companies.  Peter has been involved in mining and projects for over 18 years in areas such as operational optimization, cost cutting, organizational restructuring, strategy development, contracts, procurement, negotiations, M&A due diligence,  strategic business planning and maintenance management.  Peter has a Bachelors of Arts, is a Cambridge Certified International Supply Chain Manager and member of Society of Mining Engineers (SME), International Supply Management (ISM), American Purchasing Society (APS) along with other post graduate studies progressing towards an MBA.  Peter has worked in South East & Central Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America during his career.
